The Lantern is Lit
This evening the LV21 lantern sparked into life once again. With the help of Gaz Bray (who recently exhibited his photographic prints on board LV21) and Simon Cowell from Britannia Refined Metals the original wiring was rerouted to bypass redundant transformers and junction boxes.

The last few days we have been busy with some basic maintenance and cleaning. This included scrubbing and reviving the wooden deck areas and Dave managing to wind up the Lister diesel engine which thundered into action.
